As a manufacturing-focused business offering both ready-made and made-to-order products, our shipping process may differ slightly from traditional retail stores. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Order Processing Times

Because many of our products are manufactured on demand, processing times vary depending on the nature of the order:

  • Standard Retail Products: Typically processed within 2–5 business days

  • Made-to-Order / 3D Printed Products: Typically processed within 5–10 business days

  • Custom Fabrication / Prototype Orders: Processing times vary based on project scope and will be communicated during quoting

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, manufacture, and package your order before shipment.

All orders are shipped from:

St. Cloud, Florida, United States


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship domestically within the United States and may offer international shipping to select regions.

If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us directly for assistance.


Shipping Terms

All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

Under DAP shipping terms:

  • We are responsible for arranging shipment to the named destination

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges for international orders

  • Customers are responsible for compliance with local import regulations


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated transit times vary based on destination and carrier:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by country/customs)

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or seasonal demand.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Delays

Layers & Foundations is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather events

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customer

  • Circumstances beyond our control


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of damaged packaging/product (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the matter.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If incorrect information is submitted and the order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes after processing begins.
