  • Product dimensions may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances

Custom Orders & File Submissions

Customers submitting custom requests, CAD files, or design specifications acknowledge that:

  • They have the legal right to use, reproduce, or manufacture submitted files/designs

  • They are responsible for ensuring submitted files are accurate and production-ready unless design services are purchased separately

  • We reserve the right to reject projects that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside our production capabilities

Once production begins on a custom order, cancellations or refunds may not be available.

Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory/production limitations.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Layers & Foundations is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property
